Oooookay that was just a filler and this is too. Let's get on with it. xD
First of all, I want to say that this is a very good piece of art.
Pro's:
-The lighting on the water matches the sun
-The sky gets darker as it gets higher
-The sun gets lighter towards the bottom
-The water isn't curvy, as some people make it
Con's:
-The sky could be a little more blurred. I can still tell where you put the lines for it.
-On that note, the water should be less blurred. Normally, you can make out the horizon of the water as a thin line.
-The lines on the water could be a little more "whispy", as I may call it.
All-in-all, this is an excellent drawing.
I dunno how to end this so..
